I'm happy with the service provided for my Mum at Oakfield and she seems content living there.
The management and care staff are helpful and friendly on my regular visits.

I would recommend the home to anyone who requires one in that part of Surrey.

Review from Julie H (Sister of Resident) published on 8 January 2021 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience

My brother, who has downs syndrome, had to move from the group home he lived in where he had been in since my father could no longer cope with him at home. He then needed more nursing and had to move and his care manager found Oakfield. Although further from my home, my brother settled very quickly and embraced the activities he could cope with in the home and loved the amount of staff he could see on a daily basis.

Review from James M (Friend of Resident) published on 21 April 2020 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

Been visiting friends in this home for many years and often see familiar faces amongst staff and residents. The staff are friendly and seem to look after the residents with care and compassion. Because of the clientele that cannot be easy but I really do think they do a pretty good job in sometimes trying circumstances. I am referring to my last visits before coronavirus arrived which prevents me from visiting this month as hoped. I do hope it has not reached Oakfield as the risks could be awful. I do believe the staff will do their best whatever happens.
