Lyndhurst Park

My father has been in Lyndhurst Park for 18 months and he is treated like one of the family. The care and attention he receives is second to none. The same can be said about us as a family - the team at the home understand how difficult it can be for us and make our life as easy as they can too. They even made special arrangements so we could hold a small party for mum and dad's 60th wedding anniversary. I feel confident and relaxed with my dad being looked after at Lyndhurst.

Lyndhurst Park is a clean, pleasant and caring environment and my mother is enjoying her time here.

My father moved into Lyndhurst Park six months ago from his home after a couple of stays in the hospital. He appears happy with the home although he doesn't take part in activities which were not for the want of trying as far as the staff were concerned. Both his mental and physical conditions can be challenging but staff always deal with him showing respect and with a smile on their faces. My grandmother loves it here and has made lots of new people to talk to which is really nice. The food is lovely and well prepared they accommodate for everybody's needs individually.

The staff at the home have been fantastic to my mum and me. They are very caring and compassionate. This has been a distressing time but the staff have all be extremely supportive.

My mum was at Lyndhurst Park for only a short time as she was at end of life, however whilst there my mum received the best care. Myself and my entire family felt fully supported by all the wonderful staff there though a very difficult time. I feel that everything was done to a respect my mums wishes and that she was treated with respect and dignity. Honestly cannot thank or praise them enough.

My husband has been a resident of Lyndhurst Park for almost a year and all his needs have to be anticipated as he has dementia and is unable to walk or speak. Both the management and staff are very caring and approachable, should you have any worries nothing is too much trouble. It's a very relaxed atmosphere and I almost feel like part of the family.

My mother and I are overwhelmed by the great kindness shown to us all. I have never before met such a group of loving, caring people. Thank you for looking after dad the way you all do.

I placed my dad into Lyndhurst Park 2 months ago and I cannot praise the care he is receiving highly enough. Both staff and management are so caring and have been a great support in relieving our family's anxieties. I have recently had to place my uncle into Lyndhurst Park. Initially I felt apprehensive about doing so but all of my concerns were quickly eased from the professionalism and care he has received form all the staff. The home is clean and very pleasant with a cheery atmosphere.

My father has settled into Lyndhurst Park well. The staff shows understanding of his needs. I personally feel comforted that he is in the best place. A cheery environment.

Have always been satisfied with the care my mother-in-law has received in the 9 months she has been a resident. The main plus for me is that whenever you visit there is always a familiar face as I don't think there is a high turnover of staff

When I assisted my mother to place my beloved Uncle into a nursing home we were very worried about choosing the wrong home. Thankfully we found Lyndhurst. The care, the staff and everything about it is outstanding. I cannot praise this home highly enough.
