Lyndhurst Park Nursing Home is a small family run 26 bedded facility that has the reputation of providing the very highest quality of care. On entering into Lyndhurst Park the atmosphere is immediately one of warmth and homeliness. Every effort has been made to create an ambience of friendship and care that allows the residents security and comfort. Lyndhurst Park’s location and hospitable atmosphere lends itself to clients wishing respite or advanced and end of life care.

Because it is one of the smallest nursing homes in the county every bedroom is not far from a member of staff, which is essential when the client requires that additional attentive care and nurse monitoring. Staffing ratios are kept high and this reflects again the care many clients require. All staff are NVQ 2 & 3 trained with 70% of them having been employed at Lyndhurst for 7 years or more and 56% over 10 years. This continuity of staff is very rare in a sector where staff turnover is constant. It is another indicator as to the quality of care fostered at the home while promoting an environment that equally nurtures and respects its staff as well as the clients.

My grandma has very excellent care.

I have been very pleased with the treatment my daughter receives at Lyndhurst Park, the food is really good, staff very efficient and friendly.
My daughter is only 43 with brain cancer and is treated with tenderness and understanding. I am very impressed all round.

My father moved into Lyndhurst Park six months ago from his home after a couple of stays in the hospital. He appears happy with the home although he doesn't take part in activities which were not for the want of trying as far as the staff were concerned. Both his mental and physical conditions can be

It's an excellent care home. I would recommend it to anybody. The staff are friendly and very helpful and are there for you at all times.
My grandmother loves it here and has made lots of new people to talk to which is really nice. The food is lovely and well prepared they accommodate for everybody's

My mum was at Lyndhurst Park for only a short time as she was at end of life, however whilst there my mum received the best care. Myself and my entire family felt fully supported by all the wonderful staff there though a very difficult time. I feel that everything was done to a respect my mums wishes
and that she was treated with respect and dignity. Honestly cannot thank or praise them enough.

My husband has been a resident of Lyndhurst Park for almost a year and all his needs have to be anticipated as he has dementia and is unable to walk or speak. Both the management and staff are very caring and approachable, should you have any worries nothing is too much trouble. It's a very relaxed

I placed my dad into Lyndhurst Park 2 months ago and I cannot praise the care he is receiving highly enough. Both staff and management are so caring and have been a great support in relieving our family's anxieties. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lyndhurst Park to anyone worried about placing a family

Have always been satisfied with the care my mother-in-law has received in the 9 months she has been a resident. The main plus for me is that whenever you visit there is always a familiar face as I don't think there is a high turnover of staff

When I assisted my mother to place my beloved Uncle into a nursing home we were very worried about choosing the wrong home. Thankfully we found Lyndhurst. The care, the staff and everything about it is outstanding. I cannot praise this home highly enough.
