I can say the management of the home is outstanding and the staff treat their residents with respect. My son has been treated well, this is the first home where my son has been able to communicate with staff and they understand him. One concern I have is that outside service providers such as his dentist, who is fully aware of the condition of my son's teeth and that it can harm his body, yet, showing no urgency to do something to help.
We endeavour to work closely with MDT and are constantly ensuring better health and make use of advocates and best interests where possible. We have got a great response now from the dental team.

Every time I came to visit my brother I get a good welcome from the staff. It is always clean and the users of the service seem to be well looked after.
