my husband was only in your care for a short time, but your care was exceptional You made his last days as comfortable as possible, even gave him a birthday cake and a small get together. Thank you for caring so much.
Thank you for your kind words Lynda. It was a pleasure caring for your husband for the short time he was in our care. We were pleased that we were able to facilitate his last birthday with the family. Best wishes
Although dad was only here for a short time he was happy and settled. I cannot thank management enough for all their support in helping us get dad placed here. We felt supported and listened to in ensuring dad's transfer was smooth. Dad himself liked all the staff and gave it a huge thumbs up and big smile!
My dad was more settled there than he had been for a very long time.
Thank you for your kind words. It was a pleasure getting to know you and your husband and caring for dad. Wishing you the very best.
My dad entered Belvedere after a fall, being unable to stay in his own home. We were recommended by my sister-in law to visit as her mum had excellent care at Belvedere. When we met the manager and his team, we felt happy dad would be safe and well looked after. Dad took a while to settle but everyone tried hard to make him feel at home They sorted audio tapes sourced a large wheel chair and extended the bed. The staff are all very friendly. Seeing the same people for his care helped him settle in.
Thank you for your kind words which we are very grateful for. It's a pleasure caring for dad and learning about his life. We pleased that dad has settled in. Thank you for being so kind and thoughtful towards our team upon your visits.
Staff and management are great and my mother is well looked after.
Would recommend to others.
Thank you so much for your kind words, they genuinely mean the world to the Belvedere family. It is an absolute pleasure caring for your mother and having to get to know the family. Best wishes.
The place has such a warm and caring atmosphere and quickly became my father's new home. The staff are so approachable from the management team down to the care assistants. A credit to their profession. Thank you!
Thank you for your kind words and wishes. It is an absolute pleasure to care for your father and also to build rapport with the family. Thank you for your continued support and kindness during what is a difficult time for all of you. Best wishes.
She immediately settled in happily as a result of the care and support received.
Her stay so far has been characterised by considerate attention and enabling her to do all that she can.
Note I am not able to grade the question on food.
Thank you for your kind words and it is a pleasure to have your wife with us. We also appreciate that you are not able to score the question relating to food as you have not visited during mealtimes. Best wishes.
Since the day my mother went into Belvedere Park Nursing Home she has been treated with love and care. The staff have been kind, considerate and understanding of all her needs. I cannot praise there dedication enough.
Thank you so much for your kind words. I know that the team are very fond of mum and it's a pleasure to continue caring for her. Best wishes
We have had a wonderful experience at Belvedere Park. The staff are caring and compassionate and always try to accommodate whatever you ask of them. The food and variety is excellent. Mum's room is spacious & well maintained with lovely curtains & decor. We cannot fault the home at all.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. We're so pleased that mum has come into our care and it is an absolute pleasure caring for her. Best wishes
My brother went into care in August 2024, he has Parkinsons disease and freezes a lot of the time when trying to walk. The carers will help him to the toilet which is on suite. However sometimes it takes quite a while for carers to answer his bell for attention. The care is very good. His tablets are always given on time. His room is very pleasant and kept very clean on a daily basis. Laundry service is excellant. He is kept very clean at all times
Thank you for your kind and thoughtful feedback. It is a pleasure to care for your brother and we will continue to encourage him to participate in activities. Best wishes
I have found all staff across the board to be exceptional not only in a professional capacity but also showing a genuine empathy kindness and understanding to Mum. No one wants to see their loved one go into a home. But I would highly recommend the Belvedere.
Thank you for your kind words, the whole team appreciate the support that you provide in allowing us to provide the best possible care for mum. Best wishes
We are very grateful for how they look after her.
Thank you for your kind words. It continues to be a pleasure caring for mum during which we know is a difficult time for you and the family. Thank you for your ongoing support. Best wishes
We moved my mother to Belvedere Park after a very miserable experience in another home. My mother, who is 97 and has some dementia, was originally taken into care following a fall and a short stay in hospital. After 3 months in care we finally managed to get her a room at Belvedere Park but, unfortunately, she had another fall just days before being transferred and she went from being mobile to being in considerable pain an unable to stand up. The staff at Belvedere went out of their way to prepare her room and welcome her into their care. She soon settled in and they quickly controlled her pain. Within a couple of weeks mum was able to stand and take a few steps and was soon walking around again with her frame. In the last home my mum seemed to be waiting to die as she was in such low spirits. She is a new person and 2 months after moving to Belvedere she looks healthier and brighter than I can remember and we can now plan to take her out for trips when the weather is warmer.
Thank you for your kind words. We are so pleased that mum managed to come into our care. Looking forward to mum being able to enjoy the weather in the coming months. Thank you for your support.
We were very lucky to find Belvedere Park after Mum fractured her hip & the care home she had spent the last year at refused to have her back. This was a very stressful time for our family. From the first phone call to Belvedere Park we were treated with courtesy & care. The owners spent time with us to explain their home & how it works. They assessed Mum's needs & agreed to her moving in. It has been a difficult few months & Mum has now been diagnosed with dementia but they have worked with us & Mum, attending to her & her changing needs with care & patience. We feel blessed to have found this home for Mum.
Thank you for your kind words, we are also grateful for the kindness and support which you have portrayed towards our team. It is a pleasure to care for your mother.
All of the staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble, and they went out of their way to make sure Mum was treated with dignity and respect. The nurses ensured that Mum was not in any pain no matter what time of day or night.
The nursing home owners are there almost every day which underpins that this isn't just a business, they really do care.
I cannot rate them highly enough!
All staff are outstanding! The staff can't do enough for you. My friend had lung cancer stage 4 and at the end of life. The nursing home is very clean. He kept his dignity through out. We were all kept informed of his wellbeing at all times. And I'm pleased to say because of this, we were all able to be there at end of life. I would strongly recommend this nursing home. Love and care was shown at all times, by all staff. Thanks so much!
They helped with applying for funding when necessary drawing on detailed and comprehensive records. The staff showed nothing but kindness and love.
Cannot recommend Belvedere Park highly enough.
My nan attended Belvedere Park Nursing Home from March until June after an unexpected visit to hospital in which we were told she would need palliative care. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel welcome and comfortable, accommodating all our requests where possible. They were attentive, caring, compassionate and kind, not only to my nan, but also to her family at what was a very difficult time. I will be forever grateful for all they did during those last few precious months. Thank you.
Thank you of your kind words it was a pleasure.
My mother lived with my husband and I. Following a long stay in hospital it was apparent that she required nursing care and that living with us was no longer an option. We researched many Nursing Homes looking for one that could provide the level of care and attention that she had received with us. As soon as we visited Belvedere Park we were impressed with the warm, friendly atmosphere and after looking around and talking to staff we knew this was the perfect place for my mother. She settled well and was extremely happy here. We were very impressed by the level of care she received from all the staff. She joined in many of the activities on offer, the hairdresser visited weekly and she also regularly saw the chiropodist. We could not have been more pleased with Belvedere Park and would recommend it without hesitation.
