I would strongly recommend Albermarle Hall. It is incredibly important that a loved one gets the respect, care and dignity they deserve during such a difficult time. Albermarle Hall fulfils that criteria and more. All the staff at Albermarle are wonderful, deeply caring people. It feels like a family. They act with compassion and love towards all the residents and act with professionalism at all times. I trust everyone at Albermarle and that is incredibly important at such an emotional time. Thank you.

I couldn't be happier with the care mum receives at Albemarle Nursing Home. They are a wonderful team. The management team are supportive and are always willing to listen. Everyone has taken time to get to know mum as an individual, including learning family members names , encouraging her to talk about them and joining in when she wants to sing. Knowing that mum is safe and having her needs met is very reassuring to us as a family. I would highly recommend Albemarle to anyone looking for a caring, compassionate home for their loved one.

I have nothing but good things to say about Albemarle Hall. My dad has been a resident for around 2 years now and has complex needs. He has been treated with the upmost care, respect and dignity since day one. Nothing has been too much trouble. The whole team are like a big family and care for my dad like hes part of the family. They even made him a birthday cake and sang to him! Since hes been there, both my sister and I rest easy at night knowing his medical needs are looked after, he is happy and most importantly safe and secure. There are nurses on site 24/7. The whole home is incredibly clean, has great facilities, a lovely garden area and has activities for residents and sometimes family are invited to take part. I really can't thank the whole team enough for creating a happy, welcoming and safe environment for my Dad. And for putting the extra effort in for all the little things that make this home a family. I honestly cant recommenced Albemarle Hall Nursing home enough!

I cannot thank the wonderful management and staff enough for the exceptional care and kindness that they have shown my mum. From the moment she arrived, 6 years ago, they have treated her with dignity, patience and respect , making what could have been a very difficult time, so much easier for our family. The staff go above and beyond and genuinely take the time to get to know each resident as an individual.

We couldn't have wished for a better place for mum.

Our Mother moved to Ablemarle Hall after her previous care home were unable to care for her as she required nursing at end of life.
She was a resident from the end of November '25 until her death in March '26, I cannot praise the home or the excellent team enough.

She was treated with care and dignity and in her final months she said 'she was happy there', she was always well groomed and presented whenever we visited which is more than can be said about the previous home where she had spent over four years living.

Other homes could learn a lot from Ablemarle Hall, it may not look like a four star hotel with prices to match but the most important thing was that all the team working at the home cared and nothing was too much trouble for the wants and needs of the residents.

As a family we were always made to feel welcome when visiting.

Thank you for everything.
