My mum was a resident from Jan 21 to Mar 21; she loved her time in the home, she said it was like a hotel, always singing its praises. The staff were all incredibly kind and thoughtful. Unfortunately, Mum passed away at the end of March, the staff were so sensitive during the last couple of weeks of
Mums life. Allowing us to visit and spend valuable time with her at the end.

I have been a resident since May 2019 and at first, l was a real pain in the backside. But when we all got to know each other l have nothing but praise at the highest possible level for all the carers, whether on nights or days, checking and giving the highest possible care that they can. When the
lockdown started the extra work that they were given, they all did without any complaints, this is from the cleaners right to the management. You see on TV that people are clapping all the NHS staff for all the hard work that they do. I would personally like to thank all the cleaners, night/carers, all the nurses - days and nights, all the chef's and lastly the management. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all the care and dedicated devotion given not only to me but to all the residents. Thank you so much. Sent with all my gratitude and thanks.
