Overall Experience

My Mum, Elizabeth, has been at Ainsdale Court for 6 months now, and it has to be said that all the staff in this nursing home are so respectfully to my mum, they treat her with the utmost dignity, and she gets treated actually like part of a big family. They make sure my mum is safe. The nursing home is absolutely spotless, the meals are lovely, they even get a choice of food, and if the don't like the menu for the day, they will give her something she like. It's absolutely lovely, all the staff are so friendly, and they also put a lot of things on for residents, like special events. I go home at the end of a day and know that my mum is in very good hands and very safe. Thank you everyone for your dedication and care for my mum.

My mum arrived very unsure and upset.
The staff welcomed her with open arms i can honestly say all the staff treat the residents with respect, the care and the attention they give to each Individual is inspiring to see.
They have activities , singers, movie afternoon, and even a petting zoo at easter.
My mum has settled in very well and when she feels a little unsettled they reassure her and comfort her. I know my mum is well looked after.
The food is all homemade and mum enjoys it..

I really recommend Ainsdale court for any of your loved ones

My mum moved into Ainsdale court earlier this year. Since this time my mum seems settled and content. When we visit shes laughing along with others, she seems to struck a couple of freindships which is lovely to see. My mum says she feels safe and likes it here. Mum is eating well and joins in with actives or just general chatting. The staff are always very polite and friendly, they always treat mum with respect and ready for a hug. As a family we have peace of mind that she is safe and doing really. Our mum moving into Ainsdale court has been a very positive and happy move for all of us.

I never thought such of a Nursing Home ever existed! My wife got her life back from the care and attention given her. All the staff are amazingly wonderful and caring but it didn't stop there the cleaners, laundry staff, admin and management team. The home is very clean throughout. All the staff acknowledge you when passing on the corridor, very politely

Thank you Ainsdale Court, for what you stand for in the community, showing just how a Nursing Home should be run, thank you Ainsdale Court
