Apley Grange

Apley Grange is a warm and welcoming home for women, set within secluded gardens and grounds in a quiet residential area close to the Stray in Harrogate. The home provides a friendly, supportive Christian environment where Sisters and residents are encouraged to enjoy fulfilling lives while maintaining as much independence as possible.

Care and nursing are tailored to each individual, with consideration given to their physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, abilities, personalities, preferences and choices. Apley Grange provides nursing, dementia, end of life and respite care, ensuring residents receive compassionate support according to their needs.

The home has 42 single en-suite bedrooms, with lifts providing access to upper floors. Rooms include SMART televisions, internet access, telephones, profiling beds and, where required, hybrid airflow mattresses. Some rooms also have ceiling hoists. Residents are encouraged to make their rooms their own with treasured possessions and small items of furniture. En-suite showers feature wall-mounted seats for additional comfort and safety.

The mature gardens are accessible to residents of all mobility levels, with wheelchair-friendly paths throughout. Seasonal planting creates attractive views from many bedrooms and provides a pleasant setting for residents to enjoy.

Visitors are warmly welcomed, with open visiting allowing family and friends to call in at times that suit them.
