I'm so sorry to say this but I'm not happy with this place because it has a lot of negative people in this place that are very rude and mean and disgusting to me because they don't like me because I tell them to do their jobs properly so they don't like me for saying that. They should try to work for their money but they are very very rude to me and I'm not happy about that and the only few people that are really nice to me and other residents are the manager who is very very kind and very nice to me and other residents in this place but there are many horrible staff members who are pure evil in this place and the one of them is a carer who is a very bad person to be in this place and she is very very evil in this place and she's the worst person in this place and she's kind of forcing me to kill myself because she doesn't like to do her job properly and I don't like that kind of attitude.
I have visited Abbeymoor over many years and welcomed by all staff every time. If I had reasons to speak about any questions, they are dealt with by management straight away.
My sister was in Abbeymoor for over 13 years and she herself and the family were very happy with everything that they provided. Nothing was too much trouble to them. She was provided with love and care from all of the nursing staff and carers. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
My brother has been a resident of Abbeymoor for 7 years. During this time the care provided has been excellent we could not have asked for more. The Covid outbreak has been managed in a very professional manner and no cases were reported for residents. I cannot speak highly enough of the manager and her staff for their professionalism at all times.
As a resident, I find staff friendly, helpful and efficient. The room I am in is quite satisfactory for my needs. I am as warm and as comfortable as I wish. Being encouraged to assist and pursue my varying interests in art, by providing themed items for various activities throughout the home of Abbeymoor.
Rooms and corridors are always clean, tidy and smell fresh.
Food generally is good, there are brilliant activities (plenty of parties, BBQ's, etc.) and lots of handicrafts. The management at Abbeymoor are very approachable and if any small problems arise they are dealt with efficiently. I would always recommend Abbeymoor to anyone and I wouldn't want my wife to be in any other care home than Abbeymoor.
Thank you.
My Uncle has been a resident since September 2017, and the standard of care is excellent. He is cared for by staff that are very friendly, caring and welcoming. Always lots of activities. My uncle always looks neat, tidy, content and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for better care/nursing. Thank you.
