Friendly staff, a nurse on the unit, the local doctor Briarwood use is great, my father's cognitive and mental health has vastly improved from him first going into Briarwood, they do make a difference. He has been well looked after.
My mam has been a resident at Briarwood for around two months now and all I can say is the change in her is amazing. She has settled really well and loves the staff. She is gaining weight and looks really happy. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they are always there if we need anything. We as a family feel more settled knowing my mam is well cared for
