The care provided by The Avenue is exemplary. My brother is treated with good humour and respect, and he enjoys the banter. Staff ensure that he doesn't go out when situations in Middlesbrough might make him vulnerable, for example during the recent riots, but otherwise he is free to come and go as...
The care provided by The Avenue is exemplary. My brother is treated with good humour and respect, and he enjoys the banter. Staff ensure that he doesn't go out when situations in Middlesbrough might make him vulnerable, for example during the recent riots, but otherwise he is free to come and go as he wishes. The support provided by staff and residents when our mother died earlier this year was outstanding and made things much easier for all of us. A big thank you to all the staff and the residents.
