Bethany House Christian Nursing Home Reviews (5)
Over all time Bethany House Christian Nursing Home has 5 reviews.
My mum had two short spells in Bethany House, the last spell in February to April when she passed away. Bethany House has a very caring ethos and it hits you immediately. My mum loved everyone and I genuinely felt they loved my mum too. The last few weeks as a family were hard but they looked after us as well as my mum. The carers and everyone is amazing. From the bottom of our hearts thank you so much. You deserve the world.
I'm glad to hear you felt she was looked after well, it means a lot for you to take the time to write a review and always is good to hear.
I needed care for my wife due to my health circumstances changing and I was no longer able to care for her at home. The staff at Bethany House helped ease what has been a very difficult situation for both of us with their compassion and excellent care. The care is first rate and the staff are always kind and helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help. The facilities are very good and the home is immaculate.
Thank you, it's always good to hear we have been a help in times of need. We send good wishes for your and your wife's good health.
My mother-in-law had been a resident in the home for 5 years she was very happy and content. The staff were patient as she was sometimes very awkward and they knew how to keep her happy with plenty of stimulating activities. I would highly recommend the home and caring staff in all areas and the care they gave to her at her end of life. Thank you.
Thank you for your review, much appreciated. Thinking of you all at this sad time.
My Mother-in-law only spent a few days in this lovely home, after spending a few weeks in Hospital. We were disappointed that she could not have spent longer here. The staff were wonderful and all of them were exceptionally caring. The home is pleasant and very clean and in the current environment, the staff ensure that any visitors have been checked before entering. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Nursing Home for anyone who needs care and company.
After reviewing lots of care homes, we finally decided on this one Bethany House, Aycliffe.
My uncle was there well over a year, and was very happy and content. The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to help while moving him into his room (which was great). He was cared for extremely well on all levels.
My uncle, being a bit of an 'old grouch' at times, must have been very trying, but the staff just got on with it and made him smile, and when I did mention one day if he wanted to come home, he refused point blank!
All was spot on, his laundry, his food, his cups of tea and his medication, and all his personal needs.
When visiting I always found him clean, shaved and tidy. There were many things for him to join in with and mix and mingle so he could never get lonely (which he actually was while at home).
I would not hesitate to use Bethany House again with any other member of my family that required that extra bit of care.
