Review from Graham D (Son of Resident) published on 3 November 2025 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

This Nursing Home is excellent and all the staff we have met are so lovely and friendly and they love the residents. My mum went in June 25 until October 25 when she sadly passed away. She was looked after so well right up to the end. Thankyou to each and everyone of you for making her last few months very happy ones. X

Wonderful caring home. I visit regularly and can see how well the residents are looked after and loved by the staff. The staff goes over and above the call of duty to provide for not only the residents but their visitors.

Review from Deborah L (Daughter-in-law of Resident) published on 18 June 2024 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
My mother-in-law was in the care of the amazing team at Crosshill for a year before she sadly died.
She was very happy and felt loved, and valued and spoke very highly of all the staff.
The environment was very homely with a lovely selection of meals, and different areas to sit depending on whether she wanted to socialise or have some quiet time.
The calendar of activities was stimulating and accessible for all. My mother-in-law attended church regularly before she went into Crosshills so she especially looked forward to the services held in the home.
We were always made welcome at Crosshills and the communication from the staff and management was excellent. They supported us through the very difficult days leading up to my mother-in-law's death and in the following weeks.

As a family, we could not have asked for a nicer place or more caring staff, if you are looking for somewhere for your loved one, short or long-term, look no further than Crosshills, it is the best.
