Kathryn Cooper

Job Title: Nominated Individual Joined: 2016

Kathryn has worked at Devonshire House since October 2016, following in the footsteps of her parents and grandfather (who started Devonshire House in 1986).

She has worked in the care sector since 2009 and has a passion for ensuring that the residents in the home receive a high standard of care in a warm, homely and friendly environment.

Kathryn also has a Level qualification in Management of Health and Social Care, HR Management, and a Level 7 Diploma in Business Management.

She is chair of the County Durham care home registered managers network.
