Such a positive experience at a difficult time. From the very first contact, staff were polite, helpful and very well informed. The professionalism and compassion shown from the tour of the home made the decision to choose Thomas Gabrielle very easy. The facilities and care provided were first class
and nothing was too much trouble from the care assistants up to the managers and nurses.

Our family faced the very difficult decision to move my father to a Nursing Home. His health was poor and we were unused to the services offered by Nursing Homes. After considering several we decided to approach Thomas Gabrielle Nursing Home.
The Manager and Deputy were understanding and helpful.

There was no pressure applied to choose them over any other but they helped us navigate the processes so expertly and with such compassion and understanding that we knew instinctively that it would be the right place for Dad.
Our decision proved correct. Dad's end-of-life care was managed and conducted with the utmost respect and integrity. The reality of the circumstances was expressed to us with sensitivity and prepared us for the inevitable.
Dad's final weeks provided him with the care, respect and dignity we wanted.
It was never easy, but in such circumstances, I and my family will remain forever grateful to the managers and staff at Thomas Gabrielle for the care and kindness shown to us.

My Mum had been resident in Thomas Gabrielle since 2015. Sadly she recently passed away, but I would like to say that I am extremely pleased with the care Mum received during the whole time she was there, and am grateful for the support for I also received. The home and all the staff are welcoming,
friendly and very caring and I am so glad we were able to secure placement there. It is consistently clean and well maintained, but also continually being improved and upgraded to an even higher standard. I highly recommend it.
