Overall Experience

Grange Hall have been great with mum from the point she decided to move in to a home in April. They met with her and us as family and showed us round, worked carefully through her care needs and helped her settle in from day 1. Our main concern was protecting mum from fall risk but the last few months at GH has brought her back to life. The activities are fantastic, she loves the food and how hard the staff work to care for her and the other residents. There were some teething problems with her room and en-suite but nothing has been too much trouble and everything is sorted quickly. The home is calm, very clean and well maintained and mum feels safe and is enjoying new friendships and loads of accessible activities. Mum summed it up when asking me to write to her sister in law and tell her "I'm having the time of my life". We can't recommend this home highly enough.

Since my aunt has been a resident the care for her has been first class. Every single one of the carers and office staff have met my aunt's needs. They treat my aunt with dignity & make sure she is attended to for her every need.

The care & support is not only physical it is emotional support too.

My partner came here 11 months ago from hospital. He was in a wheelchair, not eating, confused and distressed.
Within weeks all this had changed. Now he is eating well, regaining the weight he lost in hospital, is independent for most things, mobile and happy.

The staff are wonderful and we cannot fault the care.

Overall Experience
My late cousin was resident in the home for more than 2 years. The care she received was first rate, she was treated with genuine care and respect at all times. Visitors are welcomed and nothing is too much trouble.

The whole staff from the manager down are very caring, and supportive of residents and their families. There is a full programme of events and activities available, something on every day. I can't praise them enough for the whole experience, I couldn't have chosen a better place for my cousin to spend her final time, be it the location, staff or care provided. I have no negatives whatsoever. Well done Ania and team.

I would also like to thank you for showing trust in our team to take care of cousin during her time at Grange Hall. I will be sure to pass this onto the Manager and staff, I know they will be so happy to receive such praise. Thank you.
