Thank you so much for this lovely review, knowing that our residents are happy and their families feel welcome makes what we do each day even more rewarding. We strive to make Blanefield a home from home and every member of staff does their upmost to make all our residents and visitors feel welcome. Hearing that we are achieving this is heart warming.

Thank you so much for this lovely review it is so nice to have feedback from our families and knowing that they are happy with the care their loved one receives. However the fact that you know your nanny is safe here with us when you cant be with her is just so heartwarming to hear. Your nanny at times brightens up my day when I meet her in the corridor and she laughs at my stupid jokes, I sometimes google one for her just to make her giggle. We could not ask for a better comparison than a home from home so thank you so much for this.

Thank you so much for your lovely review, hearing that we made your grandmother feel welcome and listened to is why we do what we do. To make people feel at home while they are here for however long or short that period is what we set out to do from before your loved one arrives. The whole staff team are involved in the care we provided, and all of them do their best to make our residents happy, comfortable and as active as they can be. We really do appreciate the feedback we receive from families as it gives us even more motivation knowing that we are on the right track.

It is a honor to be entrusted with the care of someone's loved one or friend and I know how hard it is for families to hand over the majority of their care to essentially strangers. It gives us such joy to know that we are for the most part getting the care of your mum right. Your mum/mother in law is a very independent lady who I know comes from a background of hard work and it is in part due to this, and having a family who love her that she has managed to get to the age she is today

Thank you so much for your kind words it is really nice to know that we are getting it right for your mum and for the family. Providing care for each person based on their abilities is what we strive to do but we always consider the families as well as we know how difficult it is to entrust a loved ones care to other people. For your mum she seems happy and content most days she joins in with the activities and enjoys a good giggle. I know our team will be so grateful for you feedback as I am for your support.

We do our best to make sure that every person who comes to live with us for however long that is; is treated with kindness, dignity and respect, these are the key principles on which all care should be provided. Here at Blanefield, we try to go beyond that and make everyone feel like family. Your mum has settled in like she has been here for a long time and is doing really well and as you said, is taking an interest in what is going on and she is getting involved like I am sure she did when she was the one giving the care not receiving it.
