My experience with everyone at the home (management, nursing, all care staff, cooking, cleaning and admin staff), has been nothing but 100% positive. Each and every one of the staff there are so dedicated to their residents, consistently showing patience and caring towards them and the staff have always kept me updated with everything relating to my mum's care. I am a regular visitor to the home and I must say, I enjoy going to the home and enjoy the interaction with all of the staff and other residents there. For the first time in a very long, long time, I am now able to sleep at night especially because I feel safe in the knowledge that my mum is safe and in the best care possible and has the most professional, nicest and most dedicated staff looking after her. Thank you to everyone at the home and please keep up the good work! Thank you!

Dear Ashgill care home, I would like to thank you all, your staff for all the care your staff gave to my mum over the last 5 years. When I visited the care home I was never disappointed on the standard of care my mum received the patience showed by all, your staff were amazing, I will be forever grateful to all the staff thank you.
