I am pleased that you are happy with your mum's care. Being a specialist nursing dementia unit, I agree not everyday is the same day. I met with the unit manager and deputy recently and one of the action point on your concern if not "area for improvement" is that we have now allocated an additional staff to this unit for 8am to 10am and also 6pm to 8pm on a day to day basis. We also use an additional full-time staff member for a day to a week if there is a new admission or more than one. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any other suggestions and thank you for trusting us to care for your mum.
