Each resident receives an individual care plan based on their health, personal preferences and care requirements, supported by a highly trained and compassionate Home Manager and care team. A nurse is on duty 24 hours a day, while local GP services and medication management help ensure residents’ health needs are well supported.
Grange features 22 individual bedrooms, including a selection with en-suite facilities, and encourages residents to personalise their rooms. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished, with most benefiting from profile beds and new furniture. Spacious lounges, a welcoming dining room, outdoor seating areas and assisted bathing and shower facilities provide comfortable spaces for relaxation, dining and personal care. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available throughout the home.
Residents can enjoy nutritious meals, snacks and a choice of beverages throughout the day, alongside regular activities, entertainment, visiting performers and organised external events. Daily housekeeping and a laundry service help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.

From what I have observed all of the staff have positive interactions with the residents, which again reverts back to experience in dealing with many of the residents who are perhaps suffering from Alzheimer's or dementia.

I began my career within the company in 1999 at Grange's sister home, Craigie, located in the Riccarton area of Kilmarnock.My first role was as staff nurse, then deputy manager, before moving up to the Grange as manager in April 2025.
