Overall Experience

The five-star care my father In law received, from every member of staff, no matter what their position was in the home, was second to none. He was highly respected and well looked after. He could be difficult at times, but the staff always put his needs first. I can’t speak highly enough, for the care he received. I would have no hesitation putting my loved one in this beautiful home. The staff are overworked and underpaid and they still had the biggest smile on their faces every day. They were always up for a wee song and a chat with every resident, great at redirecting situations, very approachable fantastic staff. As a family, we can never thank them enough. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for making my loved ones stay, very happy and content.
