Review from E M (Respite Resident) published on 12 April 2024 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
Was sent here from the hospital for respite/rehabilitation after a fall. Wasn’t happy to go so far from friends and family!
The nurses and care staff were kind and helpful and very hard-working especially as the home was very busy with many residents with extensive needs.
Facilities were basic although my room was recently refurbished and had a wash hand basin but not en-suite!
Bathroom/toilet facilities were poor.
Very little in line of activities for residents except for once a week when a musician came to sing. Residents really enjoyed this!

I was happy enough while there but was glad to go home after 3 weeks!

Review from D M (Daughter of Resident) published on 22 January 2024 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

Do not put your loved one in this home. It is a disgrace of a place. Patients are not looked after and rooms are like cells. Please do not use this place. The staff and management do not care and will not listen to complaints.
