This was my review posted for January 2015.
"The Glencarron is a large family environment and has warm feeling around the place. Everyone's needs are seen as different and thats respected. Its warm. homely, staff are very helpful and friendly - person centred care at its best.

If needing respite

again, its not a choice. it is the best choice."

From September 2015 I was found to be needing respite again and the Glencarron was the answer to my call. I've left there in January 2016 and it is a large "family". I felt cared for and helped through my different needs with dignity and respect. Thank you to all the staff there.
