My mum loves this place now she has had time to settle in. At first, she was alway saying I'm not going today but now she is up and ready every morning even on the weekends. The staff are helpful but the management could do with a bit more communication between staff. Messages are not passed on all...
My mum loves this place now she has had time to settle in. At first, she was alway saying I'm not going today but now she is up and ready every morning even on the weekends. The staff are helpful but the management could do with a bit more communication between staff. Messages are not passed on all the time and this could cause some issues.
