Magnolia House is truly a warm, friendly loving home. The staff are excellent and have been absolutely amazing to my father's needs over the last 17 months. Our family cannot thank you enough for all that you do, and the consideration and warmth you give. The amenities are very good, as are the meals that you serve. Recently the home has also received a refurbishment which is lovely and inviting.

My mum has been in Magnolia House for over two years. Her room is spacious most of her furniture came from her own home at her request making her room a home from home. My mum has a door out to a patio area that we could use before the COVID lockdown to have family picnics with her. The staff at the home are very caring, nothing is too much trouble for them. My mum has been blind for thirty years and the staff manage her very well. They have taught her how to get to the lift to go to the day area so she is not isolated in her room and keeps her independence at her request. There are activities singing, movie afternoons, afternoon tea and there is a menu at mealtimes and if you do not fancy anything on the menu, they will make what you want and there is a chiropodist and hairdresser that go to the home as and when requested. Tt is a real home from home.

Magnolia is a lovely ‘home from home’ for my gran. The staff go out of their way to make sure my gran is happy and feels at home. Her room is really nice and it has everything she needs. It is the little touches that really make a difference. The food is plentiful and they cater for her taste. Nothing is too much trouble. The home hosts special days for the residents, which my gran enjoys. It is always good to know my gran is in safe hands.
