The Wellbeing Day Centre, is an extension of The Dell Care Home, and was officially opened on 15th May 2017, by Councillor Mary Rudd, Deputy Mayor of Lowestoft.
Wellbeing Day Centre supports adults aged 65 and over, who would benefit from day care support within Suffolk and the surrounding towns and villages. The centre provides a place where people can socialise, enjoy events, interests and activities.

Overall Experience
Staff are amazing and welcomed my husband and made him feel at home from the start. He loves going and is so happy there. The place is bright and cheerful with lots of activities. I would recommend this place to everyone, it really is wonderful. I can leave him for the day and know he is in the best possible hands.

Overall Experience
Used the Wellbeing Day Centre whilst on holiday, it's an excellent facility and gave me time to relax with my family, knowing my sister was being very well cared for.

Very caring, always happy, mum loves to come to the day centre. We love all the events that the team have put on. Mum loves the beauty students as did I. Really nice to see mum join in the daily activities. Would highly recommend this service.

Overall Experience
I am so pleased with the standard of care provided by the staff. The Day centre is always clean bright and friendly. From the first phone call I made to them, the weight was lifted off my shoulders. The assistant manager took care of the transition in moving my mother to Suffolk. Dealing with all the issues that come with this and talking to all the professionals on my behalf, arranging the change of doctor, along with supporting me and reassuring me along the way.
The Day Centre is always bubbly and lively, which suits my mum's personality. I am also so included in any events that they host, such as the beauty day arranged by the assistant manager. Me and my family are excited for the summer and all the things the assistant manager and the team has planned. Thank you, girls, from me and mum.
