S&A Care Services

The staff at the care home are friendly and professional. There is a warm and homely atmosphere and as a family member of a resident, I feel happy and secure knowing that a loved one is receiving much-needed care and attention from the care home. I hope the standard of service continues.

I am always receiving very bad treatment by staff in this building, and they don't respect my privacy, why does the Manager have policies to suggest that any staff can treat a Long-term Patient with a very serious medical condition however they wish without any respect and dignity. Most of the staff here really making me a bad person and I don't like that, did I come here to live 12 month so that they can make me a bad person, call the police on me, ignore me, intimidate me, they even said over a week ago that they want to make me a volunteer Health and Safety officer at S&A Care Services, well I have been waiting over a week now and still management staff don't respond or come and see me about this position.

The staff at S and A Care Services are exceptional and provide outstanding support. They diligently strive to meet all the requirements of the service users, ensuring that each individual receives the highest standard of care. I would highly recommend S and A Care Services to anyone seeking a compassionate and professionally supported living environment.

My son has now been in the care of S&A Care Services for eight months. In that time, there have been challenges and difficulties to overcome, but the staff have been committed and diligent, understanding and very caring even in the most trying times. My son has settled, and his well-being is the best it has been for a very long time. He is benefitting from the structured routine and boundaries set. We are very grateful for all S&A Care Services has committed to doing for him.

I am very happy with the staff and all members of staff are very understanding. I am very happy with the facilities provided by S&A Care for my son. No other provider has gone this far to support my son and for him to settle down after a lot of changes in placement. This placement has been the only one to make my son happy.

I find it difficult to call a place a home. I have been in hospital for over 2-years. When I came to S&A Care, at 103 The Drive, it felt like home. I was made welcome and was able to choose my own room as I was the first resident of the house. The room was furnished with nice things. Staff are always at hand to assist where I need help, and I am able to go out as I wish, and staff are always around to assist in this matter as I have a physical disability. Staff are always kind to me, even when I am very difficult to them. They are professional and have made me feel at home, feeling that I had forgotten for a long time. I would recommend anyone that needs any support and help to S&A Care Services. Their team from management to care staff are very nice and kind. Thank you, S&A Care.

The level of actual care and staff involvement is outstanding by far. As a family, we couldn’t be happier with the service provided as after a 2-year-long search, we thought it would be impossible to find a place like this for our relative (service user). After 3-months the longest in one place, we now feel confident and at ease that he (service user) is now settled and responding super well to the service provided. Seeing the level of involvement and commitment to our relative (service user) well being, we are almost in disbelief that this can actually be real. It is a genuinely stand out service provider in the field, and we feel like we just can’t praise enough. Many special thanks again to the management and staff.
