Avoid this home. The carers do not "care" about providing a quality of life to help the residents flourish. The residents are left for hours on end doing nothing. No activities are provided at all. Staff sit and watch TV. Staff are not experienced with, and do not understand Autism. There is no...
Avoid this home. The carers do not "care" about providing a quality of life to help the residents flourish. The residents are left for hours on end doing nothing. No activities are provided at all. Staff sit and watch TV. Staff are not experienced with, and do not understand Autism. There is no conversation in the house, no happiness, no laughter, no fun. When enquiring after my son, even when a new resident how he was settling in, if sleeping, eating, self harming etc.... I was constantly told "I don't know, I was not here" by all staff. Obviously no handovers between staff. A total lack of care, just clothes washed, and meals cooked. Definitely avoid.
