One of the biggest surprises has been how much our relative has engaged with the activities on offer. We did not expect this, but seeing him take part and enjoy these moments has been wonderful. It is lovely that they share photos of what's going on at times when we aren't there, which helps us feel connected and reassured that residents are enjoying life and being so well cared for, with laughter and joy in their lives.

I’m thrilled to be joining Bay Court as the Administrator, bringing extensive experience in business administration and a passion for delivering exceptional service from a previous career in Hospitality Management. Growing up on the Isle of Arran, I’ve always felt a deep sense of community and have been a part of numerous voluntary and charity organisations throughout high school, university, and to the present day, which really sparked my passion for helping and caring for others. In my former hospitality career, the goal was always to ensure that everyone felt as welcomed and looked after as possible, and I’ll be bringing those same interpersonal skills to this role to establish Bay Court as the ultimate warm and friendly environment for residents, their families, and staff alike.
Anne joined Bay Court Care Home at the very beginning of its journey. Anne oversees the infection. prevention and control aspects of the laundry and housekeeping department.
Alastair oversees all health and safety aspects within Bay Court Care Home. With a background in construction management, he has extensive and in-depth knowledge of compliance within a care home.
