Job Title: Home Manager

Joined: 2025

Leigh is the dedicated manager for Glencorse Care Home. She has been a nurse for 10 years and began her nursing career in the transplant unit at the Royal Infirmary. She decided to move into the private sector to develop both nursing and people management skills as a Deputy Manager, helping to commission a brand new care home. Leigh has since completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Person Centred Practice with Clinical decision-making and prescribing as a District Nurse; however, she missed the world of Care Home Management and is delighted to now be part of the team and Haddington.


Leigh is passionate about people, ensuring residents are well cared for, our staff continues to be engaged, motivated, and developed to deliver gold-standard care.
