This is a lovely place more like a hotel than a care home. I have experienced a couple of 'normal homes which did not come close to bayards court. This is more like a top class hotel than a care home. For instance there are separate staff serving in the dining room. Not using the carers to serve the food the ratio of carers to residents even when full are excellent. Without exception all the carers are excellent and very empathetic. In fact all staff eg. Reception are extremely nice. And very helpful indeed. If for any reason one needs to be using a care home this is very restful and not at all institutional , beautifully appointed.
