Overall Experience
We are so thankful to Turnbull Carehome for housing our mother, she has a deteriorating brain condition, at only 65 we were worried about our options for her. After a fall at home and being in hospital and a physio facility for over 5 weeks, we were sure that a carehome was the best place for her. After viewing 5/6 other places, we were sure that Turnbull was the place for us. They have been incredible, from the first interaction to helping us move her, to the care following that. We truly appreciate the constant contact they provide and the warm welcome when we visit. I couldn't recommend enough.
Thank you to the carehome manager, as she was the final deciding factor when we chose, as she ensured the personal, caring connection that we didn't know we needed.

100% recommend

Overall Experience

I am so lucky to have been made aware of Turnbull Care Home, my 94 year old mother had a serious accident at home and was in hospital for several weeks, she was really unhappy in hospital, frightened and disorientated. As a family we knew we had to get her into a care home as independent living was a thing of the past. We found Turnbull, mum is now thriving, all her confusion has gone and she is happy, in fact she feels very spoiled. The staff are welcoming and amazing, her room is stunning and nothing is too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending Turnbull Cate Home

When mum first came to Turnbull Care Home, we knew she had been through a very difficult time following her accident and hospital stay. Seeing her confidence return,...
