With an impressive career spanning more than 30 years, Gayle brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and passion to the role. A registered nurse and former Director of Nursing, she has extensive experience in nursing leadership, clinical governance, and care home management. Throughout her career, Gayle has been recognised at both local and national Levels for her outstanding commitment to the care sector.

Gayle has dedicated her career to delivering exceptional, person-centred care, ensuring every resident is supported to thrive, maintain their independence, and enjoy the very best quality of life. Her compassionate leadership, alongside her unwavering commitment to dignity, safety, and wellbeing, has consistently inspired high standards of care and positive outcomes for residents and colleagues alike.

With 20 years of experience in social care, Clare has built a strong track record of supporting individuals and delivering high-quality care services. As a mother of three and a proud grandmother of nine, her family is at the heart of her life, and this has shaped her understanding of the importance of creating a warm, caring, and supportive environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

She is passionate about ensuring that every resident receives exceptional person-centred care and is treated with dignity, kindness, and respect. Lesley has been a valued member of CCG since June 2014. She is known for her warm, empathetic nature and her genuine passion for helping others. Lesley believes that supporting people and sharing a laugh along the way are some of the most important parts of life and care.

Outside of work, Lesley loves holidays, with Zante and Tenerife being her favourite destinations. She is also a great music lover and spent many years attending concerts and gigs whenever she could.

Family means everything to Lesley, and she is especially proud of her five grandchildren, who are a huge part of her life and bring her endless joy.
