With an impressive career spanning more than 30 years, Gayle brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and passion to the role. A registered nurse and former Director of Nursing, she has extensive experience in nursing leadership, clinical governance, and care home management. Throughout her career, Gayle has been recognised at both local and national Levels for her outstanding commitment to the care sector.

Gayle has dedicated her career to delivering exceptional, person-centred care, ensuring every resident is supported to thrive, maintain their independence, and enjoy the very best quality of life. Her compassionate leadership, alongside her unwavering commitment to dignity, safety, and wellbeing, has consistently inspired high standards of care and positive outcomes for residents and colleagues alike.

As we prepare to open our doors, Gayle is excited to lead the commissioning of Raemoir Manor Care Home and create a warm, welcoming community that will become the home of choice for the people of Banchory and the surrounding areas.
