Overall Experience
I find the staff and clients behaviour extremely good. The staff are sensitive to the client's needs without being overbearing or authoritative. The house is clean, spacious and well furnished. The kitchen rota is effective and well kept by the clients, and the clients respect each other in the communal TV lounge.

Overall Experience
The house is well run. Respect is shown by staff regarding privacy and personal freedom. Staff are friendly, efficient and approachable.
