It's reassuring to know that you have noticed the positive change since the change in management.
We are always continuously working with families and professionals to improve the service to all residents.
Sahara Parkside is the best place to go for respite. The staff are welcoming and helpful, and the foods cooked here are delicious and fresh, and people love it. To sum it up, Sahara, I will be back soon. God Bless.
It was lovely having you stay with us and we certainly look forward to when you return and we'll ensure it will be another positive experience.
I've attended the care home after a year of absence due to Covid restrictions. I am glad to see that all the Government measure are in place and being adhered to. Staff were friendly and explained everything/reassured me how my brother has been doing.
We are continuously following Covid-19 Government advice to keep everyone safe.
We are pleased that you had a positive experience with staff when you visited.
We hope to welcome you and your family back soon.

Sahara care home (Sahara Parkside) really work hard to care for and protect my daughter from this Covid-19 pandemic. We, as a family, are so grateful to all the staff, management and the maintenance team, all the team working here at Sahara Parkside. Thank you so much to the staff team here. Brilliant team and even before the virus pandemic, the team here at Sahara Parkside care very well for my daughter in care. Activities of daily living outdoor/recreation etc.
Covid-19 has had a big impact on the way we operate, we are constantly following government and local authority guidance to ensure that we are compliant to keep residents and staff safe.
My mum has been a resident for 18 months now and I must say that she has been well cared for and the staff are very professional and polite. The care home is always very clean and very homely.
I would recommend this care home as majority of the staff are friendly, caring and treat you with dignity and also the Management are fair, in treating the staff and residents with their best interest at all times.
I would recommend the home for people with physical disabilities and muscle wasting conditions not just learning disabilities and mental health illnesses.
The only recommendation I would make to improve the home is that residents have access to Wi-Fi.
