His leadership played a pivotal role in transforming The Firs Residential Care Home, helping the service achieve a ‘Good’ CQC rating through targeted improvements in culture, compliance, and care delivery.

I`m Luisa Maria. I hold a degree in Occupational Therapy from Colombia, as well as a Master’s degree in Peace Culture, Human Rights, Conflicts, and Education from Spain.
