I have built my career from the ground up across a variety of care settings, giving me a strong, practical understanding of every role within a service. This foundation shapes my leadership style: I lead by example, listen actively, maintain an open-door approach, and promote a positive, solution-focused mindset. I believe people perform at their best when they feel respected, supported, and valued — and I work hard to create that culture.

My key leadership strength is turning around underperforming services and supporting managers to achieve sustainable improvement. I specialise in overseeing multi-site operations, identifying areas of concern through detailed quality and property audits, and developing clear, achievable action plans. By working closely with managers and monitoring progress consistently, I ensure services not only improve but also maintain strong compliance and quality ratings.

With over 13 years of experience in social care, I have built my career across mental health, dementia, learning disabilities and physical disability services. I hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management, and I am a Train-the-Trainer in more than 25 courses, including all mandatory training.

I began my journey with Belgravia Care Home in 2011 as an apprentice, progressing through roles as Care Assistant, Senior Carer, and becoming Registered Manager in 2019. Growing within the organisation has given me a deep understanding of every role in the team and what excellent care looks like at every level.

My leadership approach is centred on creating a warm, welcoming, resident-focused environment. I believe that Belgravia is our residents’ home, and they should always feel respected, valued, and empowered to make their own choices about their lives and future.

I am committed to ensuring that every member of staff delivers the highest standards of care, dignity and respect. By supporting, developing and motivating my team, I strive to ensure that every resident enjoys the best possible quality of life.
