I am very happy and confident my step daughter is well cared for at Isfryn House. I know she is very fond of her carers and very grateful for all they do for her. Whenever we visit we are made to feel welcome by all the friendly staff. Her condition is complex and I feel reassured that she is understood and absolutely everything is being done to help and support her to lead the happiest life she can.
My father has been residing at Isfryn for the past 12 months. I cannot recommend this care home enough. The progress my father has made since arriving here has been immense. The staff are absolutely wonderful - so caring and friendly. My mother and I can only visit twice a month, but we know that my dad is having all his needs met and is always enjoying activities, trips out and learning to live a 'normal' life again. My fathers future looks very bright now and that is all thanks to the wonderful staff, care and structure at Isfryn.
I recently visited my son at Isfryn and was greeted by all the staff. I was offered cups of tea and was able to chat to lots of them about my son's progress. He seems to be doing really well and coping more and more each day in his own way. He still has a way to go but staff do everything they can to help him on his road to recovery. I live miles away so it's great to be assured that he is well looked after. A huge thank you to you all.
Isfryn is providing exceptional care and attention in all matters concerning my son's life. He is engaged in several of his particular activities and interests and this I am sure is helping to adjust to a more normal life after his illness. He speaks highly of all staff and is as happy there as could be expected away from his previous home. My husband and I are always welcomed and shown respect and consideration, with full updates about my son.
