I have lived in Cildewi House since 2019 and I honestly don't have a single bad word to say about the place. The staff are amazing and the manager is incredible. She always goes above and beyond for not only the service users but staff also. The home is super comfortable and very homely. There are always
many activities inside the house and outside. Cildewi House honestly saved me thanks to the amazing team that runs it.

I’ve had a studio flat at Cilddewi House for about two and a half years now and I can’t praise it highly enough. I’d never stayed in a care home before - I came straight from the hospital and I can’t say I was looking forward to it very much- but it has turned out to be great all through up to the present
and it’s changed my perceptions and improved my outlook, not just of care homes but people in general and the community where I’m based. Cilddewi has a good mix of people (both staff and residents), everyone is friendly and supportive, and the general atmosphere is relaxed and upbeat. Staff are highly trained and very professional about making sure we’re all supported and looked after but above all they’re easygoing and sensible. There’s been no nagging to do things at their pace; I’ve received minimal support which is all I wanted although I’ve enjoyed going on a few trips and activities one-to-one with a staff member and also in a group, all on a voluntary basis. Nice neighbourhood too.

It's great, the staff are helpful and caring. I like them, the staff helps me with computers, buying things online, and doing my room cleaning.
