Starting her journey in 2012 as a Care Assistant, Lynsey progressed through senior and management roles before becoming a Registered Manager. Her hands-on approach, dedication to quality, and passion for supporting both residents and staff have been recognised through award nominations and consistently positive feedback from commissioners.
Lynsey believes in leading by example and creating a warm, respectful, and supportive environment where every individual feels valued. Lynsey is focused on building a caring culture from day one and ensuring every resident receives outstanding care tailored to their needs.
Introducing Sam, Deputy Manager at Autumn House. With an impressive 32 years of experience in the care sector, Sam brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and compassionate leadership to our team.
Sam began her career in care at just 16 years old and has progressed through a variety of roles, including Carer, Senior Carer, Head of Care, and now Deputy Manager. Her extensive experience has given her a deep understanding of delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting teams to achieve the very best outcomes.
In recognition of her commitment and excellence in care, Sam received the Best of Barnsley Award for Dementia Care in 2020. She also holds a Level 4 qualification in Health & Safety Management and has played an active role in service improvement and regulatory compliance throughout her career.
Sam is passionate about creating a supportive, safe, and welcoming environment where residents feel valued and colleagues feel empowered. As part of the leadership team at Autumn House, she is committed to helping shape a culture of kindness, dignity, and exceptional care from day one.
