My mom first had respite at Bethany house in November then unfortunately she went in hospital in December this was a very trying time for me as I cared for my mom myself I was struggling mentally and physically so we made the choice to put mom in Bethany house for full time care. The staff at Bethany house made the transition so easy everything they do is effortless nothing is too much for them. Mom is happy safe clean and very well looked after and the job they all do they do with compassion and care. Mom and I would like to thank you for everything you have done and are doing for us

My brother was accepted into Bethany House on a day it opened in September. I visited the next day and couldn't believe the difference in him and his appearance, he had been showered shaved and said he had enjoyed his dinner, the nurse was so polite and attentive making him smile, his room is so nice and fit for purpose with his illness, he can look out to the garden. When I did further visits on speck no appointments have to be made he is more contented and mixing with other residents. I am so relieved that he is safe and looked after so well. The staff and management are 100% dedicated to the residents, and I would highly recommend them

So your sitting there thinking all these bots giving reviews, well I can promise you this is an honest review. While sitting here in my room looking out over the garden I'm trying so hard not to sound too over the top, but this place is exactly the opposite to the picture you have in your head of "care homes". The staff are all genuinely friendly, everywhere is clean and tidy and the food is great. Rooms are just right size and homely and they definitely work hard for their 5* rating.

We're proud that the team's friendliness, the homely feel, and the quality of care have made such a positive impression. Your words mean a lot to us and to anyone considering a place where they'll feel truly at home.
