Overall Experience
I can't thank all the staff enough for the wonderful care they give my mum. From the moment she moved in, everyone has been so kind, caring and respectful, always treating her with dignity. The nurses, carers and all the staff are friendly, compassionate and always willing to help, which gives our family real peace of mind.
The biggest comfort is seeing how happy and settled my mum is. The staff have gone the extra mile to make her room feel warm and homely by displaying family photographs and personal touches, making it truly feel like her own. It has made such a difference to her happiness and well-being.

It is clear that every member of staff genuinely cares about the residents, and I would highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for a safe, caring and supportive place for a loved one.

Overall Experience

Since the day my mum moved into Chestnut Rise, we have received nothing but excellent support. The rooms are excellent and most importantly they have helped my mum get back on her feet and walking again. The staff are amazing and consistently go above and beyond. They take the time to do thoughtful things such as helping with her hair and fingernails, which makes a real difference to her wellbeing, also the food is excellent that has helped with them giving her a special diet for her condition. I have never been in a nursing home that feels so warm, welcoming and genuinely caring. Knowing that my mother is being looked after so well gives me complete peace of mind. I can go on holiday without worrying about her. A huge thank you to all the staff at Chestnut Rise, you are all truly amazing.

Overall Experience

I find the home to be very welcoming to visitors. They are very client focused and there is always a carer there to check with the residents. Medication is given on time, they are asked what they want. Sitting outside, activities, their general well being, regular showers, baths and their general appearance. The carers are very thoughtful and sit with the residents and show interest in them and listen.
