My son has been at Elm for several years and has progressed so much and is very happy there, which makes his family happy. The staff are excellent, so caring and patient. Some staff have been there for a long time which is always a good sign when care establishments often have a high staff turnaround.
Communication is great, they keep me updated and I can always call them if needed, especially through Covid when visiting was on hold. The site itself is amazing, with gardens and facilities to keep the residents entertained.

My son lives in a caring, well run home. It is clean and safe. He is well looked after. He is encouraged and supported to do things for himself. He has plenty of activities to do and outside space to use. He can access health care professionals in the community or they can visit him. He is supported
to eat a healthy diet. His staff are caring and well trained and always keep me updated.
