Gencare Care Home Reviews (4)
Over all time Gencare Care Home has 4 reviews.
As a relative from abroad, with nobody in the family being able to attend the resident's move-in, I found my brother in a good situation. He was recognized for all his special needs. We were able to spend good times with him. I also find the staff motivating him within his possibilities. In difference to a hospital, it is great to spend time with the resident in a normal homelike situation. Our ideas were met.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We are thrilled to hear that you found your brother in a good situation and that his special needs are being recognized and met. Our staff strives to motivate and support all our residents and it's heart-warming to know that you were able to spend...
The care home has proven to be an excellent choice for my friend, who is currently a resident. The staff are exceptionally caring and attentive, ensuring that all residents receive personalised care. The facilities are always kept nice and clean, which creates a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for both residents and visitors. Moreover, the environment is very welcoming to guests, making every visit a pleasant experience. Overall, my experience with this care home has been overwhelmingly positive, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a safe and nurturing care home.
We're absolutely delighted to receive your review! We'll be sure to pass your kind words on to our team to inspire their ongoing commitment to excellence.
My son had such a wonderful experience with his two weeks respite stay at Gencare Care Home in February 2023. So much so he is now making arrangements to move in as a permanent resident. The home has been designed to a high specification, every little detail has been thought of in terms of making the place feel like a home away from home. The cleanliness is to a high standard and the staff are warm, friendly, engaging and highly professional at all times, you are instantly at ease when transitioning your loved one into their care. Not to mention my son hasn’t stopped talking about how delicious the food options are, which were tailor-made to his dietary requirements. The two weeks my son spent at Gencare has made such a remarkable difference to my son’s emotional and health well-being. He looks healthier, happy and has a lot more drive and determination in himself which is all down to the staff and the way Gencare is run.
Thank you so much for your wonderful comments. We are so delighted that you and your son were pleased with the quality of care and service we provided throughout his stay. We are also pleased to hear that we were able to make his experience so memorable and have such a positive impact on his well-being. We would welcome him back anytime. Thank you again for all your support.
I would totally recommend this care home. A real home from home.
Thank you for your kind comments. We are truly pleased that you and your brother are both happy with the service we provide. Our care team always strive to deliver the best care and experience for all our residents. Thank you again for your support. We really value and appreciate your feedback.
