Overall Experience

When you come from the same background as Haven Court, and it's your own family member it's hard to find somewhere, that has the standards you give in the same profession. My mam went into there for end of life. The staff were fantastic with my mam, she made 4 special friends which were staff, considering she didn't want to stay, the staff made her smile when she saw them. I can only praise the staff in Haven Court for the duty of care they provided to my mam. They treated my mam the same way I would have done in the profession for others I care for. If I had an issue they were straight onto it, if I required a GP to look over my mam as I was concerned it was done. The staff were very friendly towards me and my husband who had 5 minutes or more to actually come into my mams room and chat not only with my mam but with us. so thank you all at Haven Court your all superstars in my eyes and I am totally grateful and appreciate the care you give for my late mam.

Thank you for your kind words and it will be my pleasure to share your feedback with the team. It was our honour to look after your mum in her final days and I am glad that your experience was so positive during such a difficult time for you and your family.

Overall Experience

My mother-in-law was admitted for rehabilitation after breaking her hip. We were all very impressed by the facilities but overwhelmed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff, from the receptionists, the carers, the nurses, the manager and the cleaners, nothing was too much trouble. We are especially thankful for the care that the male nurse who gave to my Mother in law, he was so kind and encouraging and the manager made sure that her room was moved after a problem. The meals are not the best but not everything can be perfect.
