Ingleborough House

My uncle, Mick K, came to this home a few weeks ago having been moved from another care home. The change in him, both physically and mentally, is so uplifting, he's content and smiling and laughing again, and he's always kept clean and smart. The staff here are wonderful, I see this on each visit, they're so caring, attentive, patient and helpful and all of this with always a happy cheery face. There is always a lovely atmosphere here. A huge thank you to you all.

Every time I have visited my brother, I have been met with helpful, smiling staff. I also feel that the care my brother receives from everyone is excellent. From the cleaners, carers and managers. Everyone is committed to the job they do. It is with confidence I feel my brother is in good hands.

A good care home, compassionate, a clean and welcoming place. Staff are very well trained, and everyone is very cheerful and helpful.

My mother has been in the care home for nearly 2 years. Mum has settled in very well. The staff are fantastic, nothing is ever too much for them. The staff are very kind, caring and support everyone individually, to each of their needs. Excellent care home!! All the staff work exceptionally hard, but they don't get paid enough.

Staff are always friendly and helpful looking after my partners needs under difficult circumstances. The home itself smells clean and looked after.

We are very happy with dads care. Last year when we visited he would be always in bed and never really looked well, but when manager told us they could get him ready and take him to the dining room, from that day until now he is now in the dining room having his lunch and he looks so much healthier.

Hello, it was very helpful to go through the review of how Carole is doing and getting on. The family are happy with Carol's care and support and have a high regard for the level of compassion and human kindness shared by all staff.

The staff are adorable - they are always so kind to residents and family. They really know their residents well, try to bring fun to their days and do their best to keep family informed and involved with care.

We were welcomed with honesty and care and the resident was taken good care of in her final few weeks of life. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making the end comfortable and painless for her.

The overall experience that both my father (resident) + my sister + I has been excellent. The safe are really hands on + nothing is too much trouble. The residents + looked after individually managing there expectations. Having had another experience in another home this wins hands down. Keep up the good work.

The home is very clean, has a wide range of activties, easy access to health professional, and a strong emphasis on resident safety and well-being. I think the most important thing to me are the staff. They respond to accidents quickly and learn from their mistakes but more importantly the care and compassion, not only to my mother but to me as well, is out of this world so thank you.

The care my wife has received has far exceeded our expectations. All staff are caring and compassionate towards my wife. They are also welcoming and caring to us as family and friends. The staff are attentive and engaging and treat my wife with care and dignity.

All seems well run. The staff seem very helpful all the time.
