My daughter is currently in this nursing home and has been there for the last couple of months. The staff and management are all kind, welcoming, and extremely hard-working. My daughter suffers from paranoid schizophrenia which can be challenging at times however, since she has been living at Primrose Court she has been safe and looked after extremely well.
Thank you for your comments, we thank the staff at Primrose Court, who are doing an excellent job.
Unfortunately, he died at the home after a lifetime of suffering, fortunately, he could not have been cared for more professionally. The staff without exception from the owners, administration, catering, laundry, cleaners, carers and nursing staff were supportive and friendly.
As parents, we have been treated with respect by the cheerful staff. We have witnessed big improvements to the standard of care given to all the residents under often very trying circumstances.
