Overall we have had a good experience with the care our Dad is receiving. He is settled and enjoys the company of the carers who look after him.

Lovely caring carers and a lovely care home always made welcome

Having visited three other care homes in the area, Rosalie stood out because of its small size, friendly staff, homelike atmosphere, and spotless cleanliness. I felt straight away that this would be the place for my husband to go for respite care. They suggested he have a short visit on his own for a cup of tea and a chat, which was reassuring to me, as he came out smiling. He has just come home from a two week respite stay. He was quite nervous when he went in, this being his first stay, but when I picked him up, he couldn't stop telling me how helpful and friendly the staff were, and that he would be happy to go back any time. I couldn't ask for more.

I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a more personal and attentive level of care. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

Thank you just isn't enough to express the relief that we know they are safe and being cared for properly.

My mother-in-law was in Rosalie Care Home for respite care for 2 weeks, myself and her son were extremely pleased with the care she got especially from Anna, all though all the staff we saw were lovely. She had a lovely room looking out to the front, it's much more personnal than some of the other care homes that I've visited and would definitely recommend and if she needs care in the future wouldn't hesitate for her to go back.

Fantastic. Very caring staff. Would definately recommend. They were informative and the carer built a great bond with my step mum. The facilities were 5 star and very clean. The rooms were a good size.

My personal experience from having gone to the launch of Rosalie and meeting and working with staff and clients, this residence is a tight nit community, a small close personal and dignified space for clients and staff to work and live. Somewhere, if and when I need for myself or a family member to live will not hesitate. Compassion, dignity and respect is Rosalie. Client centered with staff who care staff who love what they do and this showed.

We are now delighted to have found such a facility that we can confidently hand over our father to knowing he will be looked after to such a high standard.

My dad who has dementia went into the home which at first I was apprehensive , but I knew me & my sister needed a break .They were very professional before the stay getting to know the needs of my father . I popped in during his stay at various times unannounced , each time he was happily engaged with the staff and in good spirits . This made me relaxed seeing my dad so at ease and enjoying the food which looked delicious .They encouraged him to go for a walk and took time to listen even though he might of told them the same story several times . The staff were very compassionate and caring and went above and beyond for his first .I highly recommend this establishment .

This is what I have found at Rosalie Care Home. I would absolutely recommend anyone has a look if they or a loved one are thinking of going down this route.
