The staff are always really friendly and welcoming. They are really patient with residents. The hairdresser is so nice and goes over and above cutting my father's hair, which he doesn't normally like having done.

My mum was a resident from November 2023 to July 2024. During her stay she was 99% bedbound but never felt alone! Staff always spent as much time as possible with her and kept her as comfortable as possible. We visited every day and almost every time a carer was either with her or had been with her...
