All the carers at Rushmore are very hard working and happy to help when you ask them. It is a very difficult job to do and I am very grateful for all their care and assistance.
The staff are always really friendly and welcoming. They are really patient with residents. The hairdresser is so nice and goes over and above cutting my father's hair, which he doesn't normally like having done.
We as a family would not hesitate in recommending Rushmore House for a relative suffering from Alzheimer's dementia!
Thank you.
A very good care home they have looked after my auntie for 4 years with so much care, compassion and dignity. They keep us up to date with all her care and let us know of changes. I would highly recommend Rushmore House.
Very happy with the care my mother-in-law is receiving. She seems happy in her flat.
He is well taken care of and all his needs are met.
If asked the staff able to tell me how he has been getting on since my last visit.
I am happy with his care and feel he is well looked after.
