Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience across a wide range of care and support settings, including special needs schools, children’s hospices, learning disabilities, mental health services and residential care.
Yasmin began her career as a Classroom Assistant before progressing to a Support Worker within a respite service. Through her commitment to professional development and gaining relevant qualifications, she progressed to Service Manager and has continued to develop her leadership and management skills throughout her career.
Yasmin has extensive experience supporting people with a wide range of complex health and care needs and has developed a strong understanding of person-centred support. She has also been involved in the commissioning of a new care home, helping to establish a service focused on delivering high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes for the people who live there.
Yasmin is passionate about supporting people to live the best life possible and ensuring that care is delivered with dignity, respect, compassion and a strong focus on individual choice.
